Enclosed you will find the
coffee grinder/brewer that I recently purchased from you. As you can see, it has a lot of wear. I have purchased several of your refurbished
products in the past and have always found them to be in like new
condition. I was, however, disappointed
when I opened the box and found this coffeemaker to be in such worn
condition. In addition, it was not in
its original box, there was no owners manual, and the parts do not fit
together nicely; as the main filter/coffee holder portion sticks extremely
After calling your customer
service department, I was instructed to return it to this address and that a
new one would be sent to me as a replacement.
I am, therefore, following the guidelines given to me.
It is my hope that Cuisinart
will continue to uphold its fine name in products and customer service. You have definitely won my vote of approval
throughout the years. My kitchen is
well stocked with your appliances.
